Payment Method
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across all of Pakistan. Simply place your order online and pay the courier when your package arrives at your door — no advance payment required for standard orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day. You will receive confirmation once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Charges
We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 300 on all orders, delivered anywhere across Pakistan — whether you are in Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, or any other city. No hidden charges.
Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery: 4 – 5 business days via courier service across Pakistan.
- Same-day delivery (Lahore only): Available for orders placed before 1:00 PM. Additional charges apply. Advance payment is required for same-day/urgent delivery.
- Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for products that are physically damaged during delivery. If you receive a damaged item, you must refuse the delivery and return the package to the courier on the spot — before the courier leaves your premises.
Important Condition — Please Read Carefully
Once you accept delivery and the courier has left, returns will not be entertained under any circumstances. We strongly urge all customers to inspect their package carefully in the presence of the courier before signing or accepting.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or consumed.
- Products returned after the courier has departed.
- Products where the seal has been broken after delivery acceptance.
- Orders where dissatisfaction is based on personal preference rather than physical damage.
How to Handle a Damaged Delivery
- Do not accept the parcel if it appears visibly damaged or tampered with.
- Inform the courier immediately and return the package on the spot.
- Take a photo of the damaged package if possible.
- Contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 03018450524 with your order details and photo of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
Wrong Item Received
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us on WhatsApp at 03018450524 within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a correction promptly at no additional cost to you.
